Winemaker's Description
Our Small Batch Ruby was crafted using 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, that was enhanced through fortification 3 days into primary fermentation. This was followed by an aging period of 18 months in vintage Bourbon barrels. Sweet notes of red berry fruits, fresh plum, and ripe pomegranate are present on the palate, followed by a delicate vanilla finish.
